Sending our love to our friends Parky’s Park Hobby Farm ♥️

I’d like to think Ralph and Oscar have found each other, and that they’re together now — free from pain, with no more sore tummies or struggling. Just two beautiful little boys jumping, skipping and playing together like baby goats should 🐐

You were both so incredibly loved in your short little lives. Rest easy, beautiful boys ♥️

Sweet kisses from Oscar 💋

Our sweet little Oscar 🤎 passed away this morning 😔

We are devastated 💔 but we know we did everything possible, he was just too precious for this world.

Oscar loved giving kisses as much as he loved receiving them 😘 he was such a sweetheart and he passed knowing that he mattered and that he was deeply loved ♥️ and adored.

Oscar will be cremated and stay at the farm forever 🕊️

So easy to ♥️ these boys!

Buddy & Bruno are going great 💪 drinking, playing and growing 🍼

Oscar 🐐 is our biggest worry though. He’s tiny and has no reserves. His body isn’t digesting milk and it’s causing him all sorts of tummy pain. Ketamine pain relief helps but, it’s not enough. Oscar is currently seeing a vet twice week. At 3 weeks old his rumen isn’t developed enough for him to want or eat hard food like hay and grain. Milk needs to be his primary source of nutrition but he won’t drink as he associates it with pain.

At this stage we are focusing on keeping him hydrated with electrolytes but he’s barely drinking that too 😞 we will try and wean him onto hard food as soon as we can. Electrolytes alone isn’t going to give him the nutrition he needs to survive.

While he’s still standing, we’ll keep trying 🤞

Hen Rescue #4 - 202 hens rescued and rehomed 🏡 🐓 🐛 our biggest yet 🙌

This was an extra special one as it was the 15,000th animal saved through Till The Cows Come Home 🫶

These rescues take a lot of effort and organisation - it takes a village! Thank you to my mum who was on baby goat sitting duty last night. Mum does lots behind the scenes to help us do what we do ♥️ 🙏

Thank you also to Woombye Rural Supplies who supplied goodie bags 🛍️ for all the adopters with feed samples, shell grit and a gift voucher 🎫

We’re exhausted, but tonight 202 🐓 girls are safe, loved and have a new freedom they’ve never known ✨
