Hello all our lovely followers! We apologise for not posting for nearly 6 months!!! Wow! Been a little busy in our personal and other work life...... But we are still kicking.....
Anyway, how have you all been? We hope life has been treating you well or at least you're facing the challenges that it has thrown your way....
So let's get back to microgreens! Soup weather is nearly upon us as it cools down. Pumpkin soup, tomato soup, pea and ham soup, the list goes on! Why not add some highly nutritional micros? Chop them up and add them to almost anything....
We start at only $15 per fortnight for our "homie" tray. Its about 15cm x 15cm and that will easily be enough for a couple to last just a fortnight. We also do 6 pots for $25 for those who have a bigger family or use them up quickly. You can even do a "half and half" tray with 2 varieties* That's only $7.50 per week or $12.50 per week respectively..... cheap nutrition !! Cancel or hold at anytime.....
This is delivered! You can also have it delivered weekly.....
We implore you to google microgreens and their benefits, for those that don't know about them. Try looking up sulforaphane, its amazing!!! It's in each microgreen but our superstar, broccoli, has the highest level of sulforaphane....

Spicy daikon Radish ( up to 40x more nutritional than its adult counterpart)
Red Acre Cabbage ( 100mg serve contains up to 147mg of vitamin C, compared to an orange at 68mg!)

*some varieties don't grow with others because of the speed of growth.... for example, radish grows a lot quicker than broccoli, so they can't be in the same tray...
