Did you know that veterinary acupuncture and cbd oil can be used as part of cancer therapy?

This gorgeous girl started coming for veterinary acupuncture treatment to address muscular trigger points and responded really well. Sadly, a number of cancerous lumps, likely malignant, have recently been found all over her body, too many to remove.

She is being treated with veterinary acupuncture to help boost her immune function and relieve pain and she has also been prescribed cbd oil. We have also discussed diet and supplements.

In case studies and research done so far on cbd oil it is thought to possibly slow cancer progression. Veterinary acupuncture and cbd oil can also be combined with chemotherapy.

It's wonderful to see this girl still happy and active and demanding sardines in the snuffle mat!

Feeling nice and relaxed at the end of a treatment session! Stan usually gets very anxious in vet clinics, but happy and relaxed in the garden setting. Stan was diagnosed with spinal disease and was referred for some veterinary acupuncture to help manage his condition long term. It's great to work as part of a team to get the best outcome for each animal

It's great to be able to benefit the quality of life and happiness of my patients even more now through prescribing CBD oil. CBD oil is still a prescription medication and with careful monitoring can often be combined with other medications. Some patients conditions i am using it for include chronic pain management, seizure control, behavioural conditions, canine cognitive dysfunction, cancer patients and gastrointestinal disease. Monte is now more active, playing with toys again and sleeping through the night. He still sees me once monthly for acupuncture and muscle therapy treatment as well.

Nice and relaxed! This happy boy is having veterinary acupuncture, laser therapy, massage and Emmett therapy to help manage his pain from spinal disease. I have been working with the Vets from to help keep him active and in optimal health. He loves treats and cuddles!

Happy 11th birthday to this gorgeous girl! Great to see you so happy and still having good mobility and quality of life with the help of very dedicated owners. This girl has veterinary acupuncture and muscle therapy every 3-4 weeks. French bulldogs can have spinal deformities and malformations which can lead to weakness in hindlegs, urinary +/- f***l incontinence, scuffing feet or in severe cases paralysis. Veterinary acupuncture is a great tool to help slow the progression and help give our special family members the best quality of life.

Veterinary acupuncture is not just for older dogs. Nellie had some urinary incontinence. After a check with her regular vet and a urinary sample analysed, she was diagnosed with hormone responsive urinary incontinence. Her owners went looking for some alternatives to hormone therapy and decided to try acupuncture. Nellie has had 3 acupuncture sessions now and her urinary incontinence seems to have resolved. Great result for Nellie and her family!

Everyone seemed happy, content and relaxed for their treatment today at the new location. Lovely to have a big garden to do gait exams and many dogs also enjoyed the view from the treatment room, along with treats in the snuffle mat!

Wonderful to have cuddles with this gorgeous girl today. Great to see her happy and well again after recovering from melanoma surgery and treatment . I actually found the melanoma during a clinical examination at her last acupuncture treatment. - not something I expected to find, but hopefully we got it early. Acupuncture, laser and muscular therapy today to help manage her arthritis and keep her happy and active.
