Puppy School!!
We are excited to launch our brand new Puppy School for 2025!
The important information-
🐶6 week course
🐶Saturday mornings 9.00-10.00
🐶$300 for the 6 weeks
🐶Held at Pawfect Paws HQ- Toowoomba Showgrounds

Our 6 week puppy class is a unique form of training for you and your Puppy. We will set you and your pup up with the foundations for unique bond and everlasting relationship that works for both of you. We will cover aspects of training from sitting, place training, loose leash walking, social working through to desensitisation of many and varied different things your pup will come across. Classes will be run Saturday mornings at 9am at the Pawfect Paws Hound Quarters in the Toowoomba Showgrounds.

🐾🎓 Your puppy will have the chance to learn, socialise, and make new friends in our playful, structured environment. It’s the ideal next step after puppy preschool or a fantastic standalone experience to gain the foundations of obedience and social skills.

With our unique combination of 1:1 and group training, rest, play and doggie daycare integration, your puppy will come home happy and ready to keep learning at home.

Bringing home a new puppy is exciting, but teaching them all the skills they need to grow into a confident, obedient companion can be overwhelming. That’s where our Puppy Day School comes in! 🎓🐾

Our program is like ‘school for your puppy’, where your pup will attend a full day each week and:
✅ Learn appropriate doggie social skills with 100% supervision in doggie daycare
✅ Be exposed to various sounds, textures, and even mock vet exams and grooming
✅ Receive basic obedience training, including recall, leash manners, and ‘leave it’
✅ Have plenty of time to rest and play, with sessions focused on individual and group training.
Plus, you’ll get daily reports and resources to practice at home! 📝

Across the 5 weeks, here’s what we cover:
Week 1: Introduce marker word ‘Yes,’ recall, and appropriate play with dogs
Week 2: Crate training, leash manners, and calm greetings with humans
Week 3: Handling for vet exams, noises (fireworks, baby crying), and ‘Leave it’
Week 4: Grooming prep, ‘Sit and Stay,’ and confidence with textures
Week 5: Complimentary bath, nail cut, and graduation celebration 🎓📸

🐾 Calling all puppy parents! 🐾
We’re excited to announce our next Puppy Day School is kicking off from 26th September to 24th October! 🎓🐕

This isn’t your typical puppy training course where you only have a 1hr session each week and your puppy is bombarded with instructions.
In our 5 week school, your puppy attends a full day for 5 weeks, where our trainers are with the puppies for a day of playing, one-on-one training sessions, group training sessions, and nap time. We focuses on building the blocks in a progressive way to teach obedience basics and calm manners, along with socialisation skills in a fun and engaging way.

Hosted at Pawfect Paws' Doggy Daycare, your puppy will also have a chance to process what they've learned while meeting different breeds attending doggie daycare! 🐾💖
