David Walsh Gas is a local LPGas supplier servicing a wide range of customers in southern NSW and northern Victoria. We are looking for a suitable person to assist with administration duties at our office located in Tocumwal, NSW.
Duties & responsibilities include:
• Answer incoming phone calls & enquiries
• Accounts receivable including invoicing & receipting
• Organising cylinder truck deliveries & paperwork
• Incoming and outgoing mail & emails
• Other duties as required
To be successful you will require clerical, phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Current drivers licence.
To be well organised, active and independent
A person who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of activities that this role will give and enjoy the challenge of this position.

This role includes delivering & installing cylinders, filling cylinders, loading trucks and other duties as required, with the potential for some LPG Tanker Delivery work for the right applicant.

Requirements:
• Medium Rigid Truck Licence
• Provide a 5 year driving history
• Reliable and punctual

Advantageous but not essential:
• Dangerous Goods Licence
• Forklift Licence
• Heavy Rigid Truck Licence

Guess what? Dragons haven’t disappeared, they’ve just become pocket-sized! 🐉😃

The Draco volans, commonly known as the Common Flying Dragon, is a fascinating species of lizard belonging to the Agamidae family.

Native to Southeast Asia, this unique reptile has captivated scientists and nature enthusiasts alike with its ability to glide through the air.

The secret to its aerial prowess lies in its patagia, wing-like lateral extensions of skin that allow it to glide from tree to tree in its exclusively arboreal habitat.

The Draco volans can reach up to 22 cm in length, including its tail. The patagium exhibits sexual dimorphism, with males sporting a tan to bright orange color with dark banding, while females display irregular patterns.

Despite its dragon-like appearance and ability to glide, the Draco volans is a passive glider or parachutist, relying on wind currents for its aerial movements.

Employment Opportunity - Truck Driver/Yard Assistant

David Walsh Gas is a local LPG supplier servicing a wide range of customers in southern NSW and northern Victoria. We are seeking a new truck driver/yard assistant, all-rounder team member, for our LPG depot in Tocumwal NSW.

The role will involve (but is not limited to):
• Delivering cylinders.
• Installing truck-fill cylinders.
• Filling LPG cylinders.
• Loading & unloading the cylinder trucks.
• Weighing & emptying cylinders.
• BBQ cylinders, which includes washing, painting, stickers, nets & filling.
• Receiving deliveries.
• Vehicle checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the depot.
• For the right candidate, potential work driving LPG tanker.

Skills & Experience:
The role would suit a team player and all-rounder with a strong work and safety ethic.
Training will be provided.

Requirements:
Current MR drivers’ licence.
Team player.
Attention to detail & accuracy.

HR truck licence, Dangerous Goods licence & forklift ticket would be advantageous.

Employment Terms:
Full-Time (7:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday).

Award wage offered based on duties and experience.
