Popular Poodle Clips #4 - The Teddy Bear 🐻
“Dont poodle my Oodle!”Without a doubt the most commonly chosen clip, because it’s not just for poodles! This clip, though a traditional poodle clip, has loads of scope for variation, lending itself to be used on most poodle crosses. Moby here has a 19mm clip across the body and 16mm down the legs, but in summer the body can be quite short while still having the rounded feet and face of the teddy bear, (the longer hair Moby currently has also requires a lot more maintenance than a shorter clip!).
As the coat types of poodle crosses (Oodles) are also far less uniform than pure poodles, this clip provides a neat, clean finish, while maintaining the cute puppy look. There’s a Teddy Bear clip for every fluff coat 🥰

Imagine NOT having all this hair spread around your home! This was removed during a deshed on a single long haired medium/large sized dog. Regular deshedding, particularly at the change of seasons, removes loose, dead undercoat and leaves your pup not only looking amazing, but spreading less hair across your couch.

Popular Poodle Clips #3 - The Bolero
Let’s go a little retro! A very popular clip in days gone by, the Bolero is an elegant variation of the classic Dutch clip (which will no doubt eventually make an appearance in this series). Here we have the pompoms on the legs as well as the tail and the traditional clean poodle face. A clip such as this takes a little longer than the ones that are more simple in appearance, (Kozzy is a very patient boy on the table), but they are attractive, fun and give your poodle definite individuality!
