We are thrilled to welcome back Matt and his awesome team from Granite Belt Gourmet and Truffle Discovery Centre Stanthorpe.
Matt has always been a breath of sunshine, sunflower shirts and loyal support and this year he is sponsoring the 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝘂𝗯. As part of this hub Matt will also be giving informative talks about his Truffle Detection Dogs! 🐕‍🦺

At the Truffle Discovery Centre and Mt Tamborine, passion meets flavour in Queensland’s most diverse range of gourmet truffle products. From their base at Lawdogs Australia, specially trained truffle detection dogs—many given a second chance from rescues—head out each winter (June–July) to help harvest fresh truffles from local farms.
Nothing goes to waste: surplus truffles are carefully freeze-dried or preserved for use year-round in their handcrafted condiments. Alongside their truffle range, the Granite Belt Gourmet collection features an abundant selection of jams, chutneys, relishes, balsamics, sauces, and salts—bringing a true taste of the region to every table.

UPDATE - For those following the Arnie story...

Bayside Criminal Investigation Branch detectives have charged a man with additional offences following investigations into the alleged theft of a vehicle, containing Arnie the German Shepherd, from Wynnum on Saturday 8 November.
