10 years ago today ARQ adoptee Elsa found her first truffle at the first commercial truffiere in Queensland established by Chef Tony Southgate many years prior that was previously supplying truffles to Robert Channons Wines with his own dog he trained himself.

It's been a decade long journey bringing the Queensland truffle industry out of the ground and the shawdows.

Today Dizzy heads out to kick off the 2026 Queensland harvest.

It's pouring this morning and we're not feeling to motivated. So Matt had this fun idea of cleaning out the filing cabinets. However is he single.

From the vault - we were delighted to visit the Courier Mail studios way back in 2016 talking truffles and sniffer dogs and how there were actually truffles on the Granite Belt before 2010.

We were the first business to unearth the secret industry in Queensland and continue to grow every year.
