My lovely client came to see me today on probably one of her worst days 🥹

It was to drop off some beautiful flowers and a lovely gift!

Why??

To thank me for grooming the funny and cute Shadow 🐾

She had to make the heartbreaking decision to let Shadow cross the rainbow bridge 🌈

To think of me and to come and let me know personally on such a hard day for her and to bring a gift to thank me for grooming Shadow blew my mind!!

You see I had been grooming Shadow for 12 years…12 years of her religiously coming every 6 weeks. Shadow was one of my first clients to TAILored Cuts…he was a cheeky rogue and loved to keep me on my toes!

From christening every plant in my yard to chasing him around the yard before his bath…there was never a dull moment!

Those early days starting TAILored Cuts I could always count on Shadows owner to recommend me when someone on Facebook was asking for a dog groomer…I know I got so many new clients due to her recommendations!

It is hard to think of my business without Shadow! 🥹❤️

Once again I am eternally grateful for everyone who chooses to use me as your groomer! I look forward to continuing making memories with your little loved ones!

I am one of the lucky ones ❤️

Hi All,

So as of this week there is 11 working weeks left of the year for me…

That means most people have only 1 to 2 appts left for the year.

If you haven’t got your dates locked in yet I would highly recommend you do so now before I get booked out.

Most clients are prebooked in so your spot is locked in. Please just message me if unsure or comment below to double check.

I try to stay on top of appts but if I have forgotten please just reach out to remind me ☺️

Perfect time to update…

For any new clients and of course long time clients 🐾😊

Rainy days here at TAILored Cuts is a bit of a challenge.

My bathing area is susceptible to the weather so you will find rainy days I do cancel appts.

Also your dog/dogs are used to frolicking in the yard before and after their groom and that is just not something that can happen on a rainy day.

Most dogs then if I try to confine to my groom room will bark a bit or get stressed and it just not a happy place to be hence why I feel it is just best to cancel.

If you dog is desperate for a groom I will however make an allowance and clip only on the agreement dog will be picked up straight away after their groom.

I hope that explains it all nicely 😊

Hi All,

I am off on a small getaway for a week 😊

On my return I will be sitting down with my diary and getting everyone’s appts booked for the rest of the year so they are all locked in for the warmer months!

At this stage my last working week for the year will be the 14th of December to the 18th of December.

If you are someone that makes your own bookings maybe start looking at your dates and let me know when I get back and we can lock in some dates for you 😊

So far so good…let’s hope she keeps shining in this environment!

It is a hard decision to bring a rescue in as they do need a special temperament to navigate dogs coming and going!
