Barkly Paws

11/12/2025

Attention pet owners of the Barkly Region!!! As most of you know the deathly Parvovirus hides like a time bomb in the soil all around us. It is often thought to be only a threat to unvaccinated puppies. Sadly, this week an adult dog has been lost to this devastating and horrifying disease.

Because of this, we'd like to remind all dog owners to continue with annual health checks and vaccinations for the lifetime of their loved ones, not just when they are puppies.

Benefits of annual vaccinations are not just limited to infectious disease prevention but also early detection of other treatable diseases such as dental disease and osteoarthritis.

To book your pets vaccination and health check, and keep them as happy and healthy as Boy here, please give us a call on 0447471399

🧡🧡 Everyone meet Steve! 🧡🧡

🧡🧡Steve has been adopted! Thank you to everyone who enquired to foster or adopt our beautiful boy and a massive thank you to his wonderful new family🧡🧡

Steve is 12 weeks old. He is looking for his furrever family! Loves kids, tolerates doggos, he would appreciate having a partner in crime but would also very happy to be your one and only. Vaccinated and litter trained. Will be microchipped on adoption. Give us a call or pop into the clinic if you’d like to make this sweet baby angel yours!

💚💚 Everyone say hi to Pickle! 💚💚

The runt of his litter, he’s an itty bitty cutie who is very placid in nature, playful after a wonderful cozy nap in the laundry basket and with eyes that will melt your heart each time he looks at you.

We are helping him find his furrever home, he so desperately wants to be out of his kennel! Let us know if you think you’re ready to welcome this beautiful baby into your home to love forever.

Great with kids, fine with cats, adores an older doggy who can show him who’s boss but is also fine being your one and only.

He has had his second vaccination and will be microchipped once he has been adopted. Send us a message on here or call us if you want this precious boy to be yours!
