Due to the Coronavirus we are experiencing panic buying in the pet food & supplies industry. We are unable to answer phones or emails as we have all our staff including management processing orders. We are still managing to get 95% of orders out same or next business day. Please check the tracking via Shippit emails for all orders placed through our online store (check your spam). Ebay orders are also being dispatched on time, but we are unable to update the status or provide tracking. We believe us dispatching your orders is the number one priority. There may be delivery delays as courier companies/postal companies are also experiencing long logistical delays due to the influx of online panic buying.
