The old statesman of the stable wound back the clock and showed us what he could really do.
What a prep this has been
Nearly every start in Sydney
One start had 6 hrs on the truck due to road closures.
Then yesterday backed from $16 to $3.8 fav
Jumped well, took a sit, Turned the corner and said not today guys.

To Courtney Eggins we don’t know how to thank you enough for everything you have done for this horse since we have taken him on. We know you love him more than your partner.
To my son Michael Ball thank you for all the late night driving us home and getting us safe to all the races he has attended it’s hard when you know your going to be the last race every time.
To the owners thank you all so much for giving us The Face to train. I hope yesterday gave you all great enjoyment. Seeing the old boy back to his best.
