Well, that’s a wrap! Today was my last day at Weswal Art Gallery.
It’s truly been the most wonderful job—surrounded by art, artists, and constant inspiration. I’ve especially loved working with the incredible Gallery Gals and under Kate’s expert guidance. She’s such a creative, talented woman and an absolute gem to work with.

While I’m excited to reclaim my weekends with my family and focus more on my own art practice, I’ve loved every single minute of my time at Weswal. And I can say that with no word of a lie.

There she goes! Today is Emma’s last day at the gallery, so please get up and say your fond farewells if you can. When I first took over, Emma (a regular visitor) tentatively asked me if I ever needed any help? And of course I did, and she has been with me ever since bringing her own special brand of pink fuelled vibrant energy and enthusiasm! Emma, what would I have done without you? Thank you SO much for your efforts over the years, taking alllll the social photos, hustling for our events, bringing the laughs, the list goes on…. Those kids are lucky to have you, and so was I. All the best EmStan, keep sprinkling pink glitter everywhere you go 💕💞💓💗💝💘💖

I had such an incredible time at the opening of the Silent Art Auction the otherr night at Tamworth Regional Gallery for the Tamworth Regional Gallery Friends

It was a huge moment for me to have my work exhibited alongside so many incredible and established artists from our local region—and to see my pieces on their own wall was absolutely mind-blowing.

A massive thank you to my amazing family and friends for showing up to support me,—I truly felt the love. That support was the real winning bid of the night in my eyes 🫶🏼

Creating this portrait of Henry the cat as a wedding gift for a beautiful couple was such a joy.
When I handed it over, their reaction said it all—tears welled up, and my heart was full. It’s moments like this that make creating art so incredibly special.
