Exciting news and a huge CONGRATULATIONS! We're very proud to receive the news today that the wonderful Ballinton Forrester has only gone and WON his EvA65 class at Sydney Eventing Autumn Classic this weekend 🥳
We'd like to thank owners Carolyn and Bob, and rider Marnie and her partner Rikki, for taking the best of care of this wonderful boy and for representing the breed with pride and passion! Here's to a bright future for this combination 🎉

Wow wow wow! This boy amazes us with how he is constantly maturing everyday. Currently standing at approximately 14.2 at just 15 months old, we expect him to reach 15.1 - 15.2hh.
These partbred ponies make exceptional sport and performance horses and Shadow will certainly be up there with the best of them. He has an incredibly trainable nature and beautiful scopey movement. We hope he makes someone a wonderful eventing, adult rider, pony club or interschools mount one day.

This seriously sweet young man is still looking for his future home (see video in further posts below on our page). His brothers and sisters make great eventing/pony club/ performance horses. As a result, it's extremely hard to get your hands on an adult Highland Pony Part-bred as they're too good to let go of. So now is the TIME TO INVEST. With an expected height between 15hh - 15.2hh with a strong build, they make the perfect horse for any size. Ideally we'd like to see him go to a home that will give him a good start in life with kind education. He won't disappoint with how quickly he learns!!!

Highland Pony Part-breds are the BEST! It gives me so much joy to see them out and about and having just as much fun as their riders! Last weekend saw Ballinton Dene Highland Ponies very well represented at Quirindi Eventing! There were 4 Highland Pony Part-breds strutting their stuff and showing everyone just what great sport horses they make!
A huge congratulations goes to Kylie Gardiner and Ballinton Marksman on their 2nd place in their second ever EVA80 course, and to Caitlin Biddle and the ever impressive Ballinton Summer Lady for a spectacular 3rd place in the EVA95, she's a true wonder pony. Also a shout out to Melody Webber and the eye catching Stannum Mardell, representing Stannum Stock Horses and placing 6th place in the EVA60, their second ever comp!

What absolute SUPERSTARS!!!

Love seeing our partbred babies all grown up! They come in all different shapes and sizes. This guy I know well and he is a big puppy dog with a large mischievous side 🤣 I know he has been very well cared for and I'm sure his new owners will do the same. He's a Lucinda x McPhersondene baby 🥰

Scott McGregor, the one and only. Finally back in the saddle where he belongs. As a past president of the Highland Pony society and someone who has bred hundreds of ponies in his lifetime, this man lives and breathes Highlands. After a few years off riding due to some surgeries and me stealing all the riding horses 🤭 Dad was back on board this Christmas. McPhersondene was the perfect gentleman and the two of them had a great couple of days exploring the countryside with me and Ballinton Murphy's Law. I know there's a few of you out there that will love seeing this photo just as much as I loved seeing him back on board. We hope you all had a Merry Christmas.... we know we did!
