We have a new product. Well, same product just in an improved form.
We’ve been doing the dehydrated trout skins for a while now. It’s been fantastic for old dogs and young.
The down side has been the fact that you get oily fingers when picking out the skins. What we’ve done now is mince the skins with a course plate and then dehydrate.
This gives a consistency that is easy to scoop and sprinkle over their meal.
Hence the name Defydtrated Smoked Trout Skin “Sprinkles”.
These are a 500g bucket and cost $40.
The other style is also still available.

The Great Nundle Dog Race.
What a great day.

This Sunday we will be at The Great Nundle Dog Race at, you guessed it, Nundle.
We’ve been busy getting together a good supply of all of the favourites. Here is a batch of one of the staples. Dehydrated beef liver.
There will be packs and buckets of all our regular products. Crumble, heart and liver of chevon, venison, beef and lamb as well as combination packs. There will be antler chews, goat horn chews, beef hide chews, paddy hide chews large and small, dehydrated riblets and rib racks, ears, tendons, trotters, trotter cookies, paddy bites, etc etc etc.
