Let’s Talk Wenona…

A strong line of competitive all purpose Australian Stock Horses. Flashy presence, gentle natures and highly trainable. If you’re a beginner to the sport, or have been in the game for quite some time, a Wenona horse is pretty great.

Our founding late Stallion Breffni Kidman (HSH) set the standard for type and temperament in the Wenona ASH line. Our goal was to find a Stallion that would complement the work the Stud has put in to breeding our perfect horse. The Huntsman (HSH) was that perfect fit for our Stud.

The Huntsman aka Spyder, is a gentle giant. We are thrilled with his progeny and believe he has met our breeding standards by a long shot!

Whilst his progeny is still young, we are looking forward to seeing their futures!

Santa came early for Wenona this year gifting us with a gorgeous "Palmers El Condo" filly last week. She is so curious and quiet, loving all the attention. Couldn’t be happier with this combination and are very much looking forward to her future.

Our beloved Mumma Wenona Maddison (Maddie) has been doing an amazing job with her. Maddie had a long and successful career in the show ring.
