"Just a note to say how beautiful Nessie looks and feels following her groom with Laura. It’s a real joy to see Ness looking so good. I also appreciate how Laura is ‘partnering’ with me on keeping Nessie’s coat in good condition - she has provided me with some helpful tips on grooming Ness in between the professional grooms and gives feedback following each groom so I know what to focus on when I brush her at home. A huge thanks to Laura…and of course, the rest of the team who care for Nessie when she visits you. It means a lot to know she’s so well looked after."
