We don’t just look after your furry pals - we care for them as if they were our own. I’m Jade, an animal lover who’s basically a human version of a Golden Retriever: super active, always outdoors, and ridiculously friendly. Spoiler alert: he’s not. Adventure is my middle name (okay, it’s not, but it should be), and my Staffy is my si

dekick on every escapade. Whether we’re playing fetch, tug-of-war, or seeing who can run around the park the fastest (he usually wins), we’re always on the move. With three years of wrangling my stubborn and mischievous Amstaff, I’ve become a pro at handling cheeky dogs. I love hiking, walking, and just hanging out with animals. When looking after your fur babies, I always ensure they are comfortable and maintain their routine as much as possible to avoid any extra stress while you are away, and will always send updates throughout the booking duration so you know your fur babies are in good hands and loving life (and probably plotting how to extend their vacation indefinitely after all the belly rubs they’ll get!). I’m game for walking giant dogs (40kg+), but only if they’re not planning to drag me down the street or they’re cool with wearing a Halti. Got other fur babies? Bring ’em on! While I’ve never owned cats or small critters like rabbits or guinea pigs, I’ve lived with them and picked up some handy tips from housemates. Rest assured, your pets will be pampered and loved as if they were my own. I can’t wait to meet your adorable animals! 😊

Look at this absolute happy goofball 🤪

More adventures with Stormy the Staffy, a high-energy, tail-wagging machine who lives for walkies, tug-o-war, and keeping me on my toes!

His hooman has been working super hard on his reactivity training — and it’s really paying off! Our walks are getting smoother, and Stormy’s learning to stay calm even when there’s something super exciting 🐱

We’re practicing calm, polite strolls and sitting before crossing the road like the goodest boy he’s becoming! 🚦💁‍♀️

And of course, no visit is complete without an intense game of tug. I’m pretty sure he thinks he’s winning every time… (Spoiler: he is. My arm is still recovering.) 😅💪

This week marked my last regular visit with Penny and Woof for a little while 😢

Their hoomans are going to be around more (rude… just kidding 😅), which means my official ball-throwing, hose-spraying duties are on hold for now.

Penny will have to demand fetch sessions from her actual pawrents, and Woof… well, he’ll have to find someone else to flop in front of for belly rubs. I’m not crying, YOU’RE crying. 🥹

It’s been an absolute blast hanging out with this dynamic duo each week — from zoomies to soaking me with hose water, they made every visit entertaining. And muddy. Always muddy. 💦🐾

Singing the song of their people at all hours ✅✅✅

🐾 Willow – The queen of side-eye. Never impressed, rarely amused, and absolutely camera shy.
🐾 Maverick – The attention hog who has to be in everyone’s business. Especially yours.
🐾 Leon – The dinner-obsessed piggy. Even when he’s fed last, he somehow finishes first. I’ve never seen chicken disappear so fast in my life. 🐷🍽️

Their favourite group activity? Tug-of-war with the rope toy — and yes, all three try to play at once. It’s less of a game and more of a live-action husky tornado. 😅

From snack time to power naps, these three certainly kept me on my toes. I walked in a human… I left part-husky (and definitely covered in fluff). 🐶💕

Say hello to Ruby, the sweet little Beaglier with a BIG sense of adventure! 🐶🌟

I had the pleasure of walking Ruby for 4 days. This girl is on a mission.
Sniffing every blade of grass? ✅
Chasing birds like she’s training for the Olympics? ✅
Suspicious of plastic owls? ✅ (I mean, who leaves fake birds on the lawn anyway? Very sus 👀🦉)

Ruby is still getting the hang of walking on lead; let’s just say she prefers to lead the way, and I’m just the human she’s dragging along for the ride 😂 But she’s such a curious, clever girl and is learning more every day! 🐶🐾

Meet Leon – The Final Fluffy Member of the Husky Trio! 🐾

You’ve met Maverick, you’ve seen Willow’s side-eye… now it’s time to introduce Leon! 🐺

If you know huskies, you know they love to sing the song of their people — and Leon didn’t disappoint. As soon as I arrived on day one, I was greeted with a full-blown opera performance worthy of a standing ovation. 🎶😂

Leon takes his dinner VERY seriously. He got served last (sorry bud), but somehow still managed to finish first both nights. I swear he inhaled it like a vacuum with fur. 🍽️💨

He’s loud, he’s lovable, and he’s definitely not one to skip mealtime. Leon brings the energy, the attitude, and the appetite — and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Meet Willow – The Queen of Sass (and Naps) 🐾

Willow is Maverick’s sibling and an expert at two things: ignoring the camera and looking deeply unimpressed while doing it 😑 Every photo looks like she’s judging my life choices.

During my recent pet sit, Willow spent most of the day snoozing away after being rudely awakened the night before by the very dramatic house alarm system. Let’s just say no one in the house enjoyed that late-night concert — including the human! 😂

But once the chaos passed, Willow was back to her usual sleepy self. Quiet, majestic, and rocking that “I’m over it” look like a true husky pro 💁‍♀️💤

Meet Maverick The Attention-Seeking Husky Extraordinaire! 🐾

I recently had the pleasure of pet sitting Maverick, a black and white floofball with major main character energy, and his two furry siblings for 2 days.

Mav’s hobbies include:
✔️ Demanding attention 24/7
✔️ Sticking his head into places it probably shouldn’t go
✔️ Staring intensely at animals on TV like he’s about to enter the screen 🎬🐿️

He made it very clear that he wanted to be the favourite out of the three… and let’s just say, he gave it his best shot. 😅

One night, the alarm system started beeping, the power cut out, the wind howled, and the dogs joined in with a group performance of “Husky Panic Choir: Thunder Remix.” 🐕🎶🌩️
After a wild scramble, a surge protector discovery mission, and some deep breathing… power was restored. The dogs stopped howling. I stopped sweating. Peace returned.

Maverick’s rating of the night? 0/10, would not recommend. But he did get extra cuddles for his bravery. 💪💤
