My name is Desirae, and I love animals! I adore pampering dogs on weekends. Im located in Abbotsbury NSW at my home and I have grown up with lots of Toy Poodles. I am a compassionate, caring person who will always do what is BEST for your animal. I am a firm believer that gentle handling and regular appointments can coax even the most reluctant dogs into accepting a grooming process. I only provide 3 types of services that are designed to be pre-booked and regularly done to gain quality of coat.
Small $35.00 Medium $45.00
Includes consultation, a thorough brush, warm bath Dynamic duo cleansing shampoo, And conditioner, detangling spray, dry off (towel and dryer), and Finished with, cologne spray and a treat. This is generally weekly or fortnightly booked in service.
Package 2: Angelic Maintenance
Small $55.00 Medium $65.00
Includes consultation, a thorough brush, warm bath, Grimeinator shampoo, Dynamic duo rich cleansing shampoo And conditioner, detangling spray, sanitary clip, eyes and ears cleaned, Nails trimmed (if dog allows), blow-dry ( towel and dryer). Finished with cologne spray and a treat. This is generally a fortnightly or monthly booked in service.
Package 3: Devilish Dirty Dog
Small $65.00 Medium $75.00
This is for the dog that needs some TLC.
Includes consultation, a thorough brush, warm bath, double Grimeinator shampoo, flea treatment shampoo, dynamic duo cleansing shampoo And conditioner, eyes and ears cleaned, Nails trimmed (if dog allows) sanitary clip, and blow-dry (towel and dryer) Finish with cologne spray and a treat. Note: If the dog has matted hair the dog will be required to be shaved down to start all over again. This is at an additional charge and time frame of a minimum of 2 hours and Additional cost of $50.00

Terms and Conditions:
Vaccination and Worming: It is the owners’ responsibility to ensure their pet is vaccinated and wormed. Puppies must have received their C5 vaccination 10 days prior to attending the salon. Proof of vaccination is required for all puppies less than 6mths old.
Safety & Welfare: Grooming can be a stressful experience for some pets. To help us ensure the safety and welfare of the pet, the owner (or authorised person) must inform of the following:
1. If the pet has a heart condition or a pre-existing medical condition, illness, or injury.
2. If the pet is recovering from a recent surgery.
3. If the pet is under any form of sedation. If sedation is required, the customer will be referred to a vet clinic for medication procedures.
4. The service may be refused or ceased if the service is deemed a risk to the pet or other pet’s health.
Animal Safety: We encourage you to bring your pet in their carry crate. Pets that display aggression towards the groomer or other dogs will be separated and muzzles used if deemed necessary. Owners may be asked to collect their pet if they present a danger to the groomer, or other animals or themselves.
Matting: (Dirty Dog Service) It is not uncommon to find pre-existing conditions such as hot spots, sores, and other skin issues once the matted coat is removed. There is also a chance that your pet’s skin may become irritated from clipping so close due to matting and could be accidentally cut in the process. The procedure takes extreme care and extra time, due to this there will be additional charges depending on the severity of the matting.
Health: In the unlikely event that veterinary treatment is required which has an imminent impact on a pet’s health, the owner gives consent for the groomer to seek treatment for the pet at the closest local veterinary clinic.
The owner will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of any incident or condition noticed or occurring during the service. The service will not be completed until either; the owner is contacted and permission to continue is granted or consent obtained and recorded for veterinary assessment, with the owners aware of any costs that may be involved.

Payment Policy:
A $20.00 non-refundable booking fee is required upon arranging your booking. This will be invoiced for you to direct debit. On consultation with the groomer the outstanding fee will be required in CASH prior to commencement.
Late Collection fees:
Additional charges may be incurred for the late collection of the pet. The owner must notify the groomer if they are unable to collect on the agreed time.
Charges from $15 per 15 mins will be incurred where after-hours care is required. In the event the pet is uncollected by close of business and contact cannot be made with the owner or the emergency contact, the local council will be contacted to arrange collection.
