Jane, House & Pet Sitter I am a house/home and pet sitter primarily around the Sydney Region, but will do further afield duri I am fit and very active, so love walking dogs.

I am a single female in my late 50s – in that post children/pre-grandchildren phase – and taking time out from a “normal” life to go travelling and house-sitting. After losing my dog last year, I am keen to look after pets – I miss the interaction. I have just finished renovating my own property, so I’m handy around the house and in the garden. I operate a small part time business which I can oper

ate from anywhere. And definitely a non-smoker. I really enjoy staying and experiencing different areas. As I sail on a Saturday during summer, I like to be within 1.5 hours of Gosford, on the Central Coast, but open to other areas during the winter. During the winter of 2018, I will be travelling to Cape York and will be looking at house sits around Cooktown/Cairns from mid July to end August, but flexible. If you would like to enquire about housesitting, my advice is get in early, especially for the busy times.

Finally back housesitting! After travelling around Australia, and lockdown I have just finished a two week sit at Kariong. Two foxie/foxie X, Daisy and Darcy. Very well behaved, although Darcy loved his food a bit much.. but he loved his walks.

KINCUMBER
A new sit at Kincumber, with 2 great dogs during school holidays. Because of their age difference, I walked them separately - a slow stroll with the older Poppy, and a good walking pace with the younger Cooper. Enjoyed the walks along the Kincumber foreshore walk - so many birds, including a satin bowerbird that has built a bower right next to the path, a brush turkey that loved chasing Poppy (and every other dog), and a stone curlew at the other end.

Loved being back at Killara in September. Sadly old Jimmy had passed away since I was there, but a nearly identical Millie has joined the household. At 7 months now, she is a cutie and loves playing with Monte. I was able then to take them to the park to socialise. Millie loved this, and Monte got better during the week, but still loved his ball.

This was my sixth housesit with Shaylee over new year, and she is still as cute as ever. Loving her walks. Getting a little more deaf, but is so good. Was hot, but her fur keeps her insulated. She is such a princess, I didn't have the heart to give her a bath after the bush fires - just lots of brushing, even though a touch grey..
