Large and luxurious dog bed suitable for greyhounds especially. In great knick. Washed and good to go! Thought posting here first to Henson peeps might be of interest? If so, we can coordinate a park meet up at walk time and do a transfer into your car!

This beautiful German Shephard boy was just handed into the clinic. He was found wandering around Railway Parade in Sydenham.

The man who brought him in said that it looked like he was trying to get into a particular house. He knocked several times and waited for a while but no one answered.

As per his microchip, his name is "Duke" and he is 9 years old, however the microchip details aren't updated – phone number registered is no longer in use.

Please help this guy find his way back to his owners. Share the message and contact us if you recognise him.

*** Lost Cat ***

Audrey, a local Burmese cat has gone missing. She is friendly, scared of dogs (but they seem to like her!).

If you see her PLEASE let us know - her owners are missing her desperately.

If you are a local to the area with a car or shed she could have climbed in please check those areas!

Have your say on the 10 year plan for Henson park. Submissions close Monday 3 May 2021.

Hi Everyone,

Council is inviting the community to have our say on developments for the park.

In particular, there is a quick online survey with questions specific to dog owners and off-leash areas.

If you haven't already provided your feedback, please consider doing it by Monday.

Pg. 34-35 of the management plan gives you a good summary if you want to cut to the chase.

Henson Park is a well used multi purpose park with several facilities used by organised groups and the community. In 2019 we've asked for your feedback to help us create a 10-year Plan for Henson Park. What is happening now? We have developed a draft Plan of Management

She had the most beautiful nature. Very impressive tongue too (able to lick leftover cat food that was placed on tabletops that were supposed to be out of reach).

Audrey would have turned 1 round about this time of the year. Rest well, sweet girl. You're sorely missed.
