Sometimes our animals just need a boost in energy or simply a good cleanse on an energetic level 💚

Just like humans, our animal family can become unwell when emotional matters have not been resolved and released. As we know our animals respond instantly to our energy, so when we are under pressure for example with busy work schedules, home duties, stressful relationships, etc., this affects our animals just as it does ourselves. I am very passionate about Reiki, what it does for people and the animals in our lives. Practicing Reiki on myself is part of my daily ritual and I Reiki my animals quite often too.

Sometimes our animals just need a boost in energy, or perhaps decluttering on an energetic level. Although Reiki traditionally has been used primarily for humans, it is also ideal for healing animals.

Reiki healing is gentle and stress-free for animals, it heals at all levels of an animal’s wellbeing: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Happy World Giraffe Day! 🦒💚

21 June, the longest night of the (southern hemisphere) year for the tallest creature out there.

Do you know what sound a giraffe makes? 🤔 People often think giraffes are largely silent animals. While it is true that they make sounds that are impossible for humans to hear, beyond the snort and grunt, the scientists recorded humming sounds that the giraffes made only at night. The humming was 92Hz in frequency, which is still audible to humans but very low. Scientists think the vocalizations may be meant to help keep the herd together when darkness falls 🌌
