We provide Vet care, rehabilitate & rehome Cats to ensure their well-being. We find permanent loving homes, promoting responsible pet ownership & animal welfare. My name is Sylvia and I have been fostering and rescuing cats for the past 4 years and have now taken the next step in starting an official cat rescue. Sylvia's cat rescue assist and rescue cats off the street, specialising in pregnant mums and bubs, and the forgotten street cats in desperate need of medical vet care.

Angie gave birth to her Kittens yesterday, where there is sadness comes light. I got home and mum had placed the Kittens in the kitty litter, they have been moved to a warm bed with mum. Mum is very protective of her Kittens but will update on their progress in the coming weeks and an updated photo. Angie currently won’t let me near her Kittens, she’s very protective.

It’s with a heavy heart to advise my dear followers, Sunny passed away in her sleep.
I am saddened but relieved that sunny got to experience real love and care. Sunny was born in this brush, on the streets of Rydalmere, she was brought to safety at my home, a warm bed, many kisses, cuddles, and a warm bath. Sunny is now in Animal Paradise. 🕊️🐱

He was skilled, dedicated, compassionate and brave. He continued to save lives and alleviate so much suffering as his world was destroyed around him. Today our hearts break for Dr Mu’ath Abu Rakba, for his children, his wife, friends and colleagues at سلالة - Sulala Animal Rescue as we receive confirmation that Dr Mu'ath has been killed.

Dr Mu’ath disappeared last week after attempting to return to his home in Gaza. For the past two years he had been a vital member of the Sulala team after his own veterinary practice was destroyed by Israeli air strikes.

He was a devoted husband, father, colleague and friend — known for his gentle nature and kind smile. Despite unimaginable violence and danger, he never wavered in his commitment to animals — offering not only his exceptional skills to save as many lives as he could, but importantly, being able to give so many suffering animals warmth, love and peace in their final moments.

Dr Mu’ath, on behalf of all those you helped, supported and inspired — thank you for being a beacon of light in such dark times.

You gave peace to so many who suffered.
May you now find that same peace. 💔

Prayers for Sunny, she was unwell yesterday, I had to rush her to an emergency vet last night. She is only 4.5 weeks old, she had stopped having her bottle, kept urinating herself and declined quickly. They believe she has a UTI but as she is so young there is minimal testing they can do as her organs are to small. Sunny was given antibiotics and advised to keep her warm. If she doesn’t improve she will need a CT Scan. Prayers for Sunny🙏. Im glad I took Sunny and her 2 siblings from the streets, but the reality is a non-for-profit rescues cannot continue if we don’t get any donations from the public, I need your help to raise funds for Sunny, I am running the rescue by myself, if you can help with the veterinarian bill with a donation, would be greatly appreciated, link is below.
