There has been some very heavy hearts in the Amy's Animals family during December 💔
I received the upsetting news that 2 of my beautiful furry friends passed away and are no longer with us earthside.
Dear little Miso - the most sweet, gentle girl who loved telling her sister Sushi off when she walked too close, waiting for me to visit on the bottom stair, having little cat chats at meal time, snuggling on her Mum's bed and loved a yummy snack and chin rubs.
I was also incredibly saddened to hear that my friends had to lay their beautiful Queen, and matriarch of the household Miss Greta to rest. This girl will be so dearly missed by all that knew her. I will miss her foot stampies on walks when she would tell all the younger dogs in the neighbourhood she was boss, her excited head wobbles when you come home to her, giving her breakfast in bed just because, and the sweetest most beautiful sparkly silver houndie snoot.
As difficult as it is grieving clients animals I have loved and looked after, and also knowing the deep pain their humans are experiencing, it is always a good reminder of how grateful I am to be a part of these animals journeys while they are with us earthside.
It's such a privilege that I get to help take care of, and love people's animals everyday 💙
