Meg’s Pampered Pets will be taking a short break from 19th March – 25th March.

Messages may be replied to a little slower during this time, but I will get back to everyone.

Grooming will resume Wednesday 25th March.

‼️HEATWAVE WARNING THIS SATURDAY‼️

As heat increases this weekend so does the risk for heat stress and heatstroke in your pets! Which is life threatening and urgent veterinary care is required. We are open from 9am - 12pm.

Please contact your closest clinic after 12pm if your pet requires immediate medical attention at this time.

Please keep pets indoors where possible and ensure access to fresh drinking water.

You can also add ice cubes to water bowls.

Ensure they have access to a covered area when outside.

Signs of heat stress / heatstroke include:
🔥 Excessive panting
🔥 Excessive drooling
🔥 Bright red or pale gums
🔥 Difficulty breathing
🔥 Restlessness

If it’s too hot for bare feet, it’s too hot for your pets paws! 🐾🐾
