Even a dog knows what NO means

“She provoked me “ is not an excuse, it’s a confession .
Self control is a skill.
Accountability is a choice .

Plenty of men feel triggered and still don’t lie, cheat , scream , hit or disrespect.

If he “couldn’t control himself “, it’s not because of you , it’s because he never learned emotional discipline.
