Hope everyone had a safe and happy new years🎉🥳

A few changes to 2026:

The useless assistant is still on holidays with the hope of joining the police force in the next few months🤞🏻
While on holidays it has shown that appointments fill fast so going forwards we recommend booking on a regular 6/8/12 week schedule to ensure an appointment.
For those who currently aren’t on a schedule and trying to book in, it is a minimum 4 week wait!
If you no show or cancel within 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee of 50% payable before next appointment.
Dogs over 20kg not already on a schedule will no longer be accepted.

Merry christmas to all our wonderful clients and their owners. Its been a super year. Thank you so much for all our presents. We are so spoilt and truely feel so appreciated. Thank you to lily, reedy and bronson for feeding us the last 2 saturdays. All the chocolates have either been eaten or used as bribes and shared with our neighbours. Looking forward to seeing everyone next year. Our last dog for the year and most of our clients will know and love him. Merry Christmas from Lisa, Em and our bosses Felix and Fraser ###

It’s that time of the year again!
Our busy season is just around the corner so please if you are on a recurring schedule please check the dates for your next appointment as we will not be able to reschedule.
For those not on a schedule we have very limited appointments left!
We also will not be taking any new clients until February next year.
