🥳 We have finally just gotten our work phone back online this morning 🥳

Our New Salon renovations are taking longer then expected, We have made the decision to Open the new salon from January 2026 and continue with just our mobile service until then.

We will be running our mobile service up until Wednesday December 24th and will resume with both Mobile and Salon From January 6th 2026.

Unfortunately we are still without a work phone which means we are unable to take any calls or reply to any texts you have sent since Tuesday 28th October. Optus is working to get us our original number and a new phone asap. It’s unfortunately just a waiting game during our busiest period of the year!

We are still trying to resolve our Phone issues. Fingers crossed by Monday we can be back online for phone calls, text messages, bookings ect. The work phone held all our contact details and booking app unfortunately still missing in luggage overseas yet to be found. Sorry for any inconvenience caused our hands are tied until this can be resolved.

Unfortunately our business number cannot be contacted Still. It was in luggage that went missing last Tuesday overseas and has still not been found anywhere or scanning up anywhere. We are hoping to rectify this issue tomorrow to be able to message and call everyone back. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

⚠️ Just Letting everyone know ⚠️

We will be closed from October Thursday 16th until November Tuesday 4th in salon (still renovating) and mobile services.

If you’re able to travel to Albany creek during this time with your pet, Nikky is still available to offer grooming for your dogs during this time.

Please expect delays in replies during this time.

🐾 💥 Exciting News 💥 🐾

We’ve been quiet on our socials but have been ran off our feet behind the scenes organising A NEW SALON & Training staff in preparation for the Salon, Summer & Xmas Period. We will still be operating the mobile salon 3 - 4 days a week & Will have a Salon back up and running from October onwards.

We will be starting to take bookings for the salon from next week in preparation for the opening. Our expected opening date for the salon will be October 7th.

We look forward to seeing you all again back in salon and you should all receive an automated message from our in store booking system if you have previously been a registered customer in our salon.

We will be accepting new clients again aswell now with the ability to for more clients between the Mobile & Salon Service.

The salon is located in Lawnton on Brisbane Northside and our mobile service will still be servicing its current area from Albany creek / Eatons hill to Narangba and Redcliffe down to Sandgate and Bracken ridge.

Jess is still the only member of the team trained and able to groom cats so it’s important to pre booked all cat grooming to avoid a wait or missing out.

We look forward to seeing you all again soon!!

Yes! Grooming during winter is just as important as during summer. We are seeing a lot of matted pets during winter still.

If your pet isn’t matted, We don’t have to do a shorter style clip, We can do a longer clip, A tidy up or basic wash and brush to keep your pet clean and Matt free.

Keep in mind a lot of your pets are inside on your lounge, bed ect, It’s also good hygiene practice to have them washed regularly aswell.
