Police are investigating a break-in at Strathalbyn where numerous vehicles were stolen.
Just after midnight on Friday13 March, a business on Milnes Road was broken into and keys to vehicles were taken from the office, after a suspect arrived in a dark-coloured Ford Mondeo sedan, which had grey paint on the driver’s door and right front panel.
Three people arrived at the business about 3.36am on foot. The trio then proceeded to steal a white 2011 Range Rover Sport (DD663A), a green 2003 Holden Crewman ute (XRZ099) and a grey 2023 Subaru Forester.
At 4:44am, the suspects returned and stole another two vehicles, a grey Holden Colorado ute (S081BSS) and a silver BMW sedan.
The Ford was found abandoned about an hour later on Hein Road at Murray Bridge East. The BMW was found on Sunday 15 March about 5am abandoned on Mitchell Avenue in Murray Bridge East.
The other four vehicles are still outstanding.
One of the suspects was wearing a dark-coloured hooded Elwood jumper with “1996” written on the back, while another suspect was wearing a green-coloured Puma hooded jumper.
