It's been a while since we last posted ... a year ago tomorrow to be exact, and most will agree that year went by very quick!! 😱... It's for the simple reason that life got busy! 🤷‍♀️ ... but we just wanted to wish everyone a very happy & healthy 2025 and we look forward to continuing to look after your beautiful fur babies! 🐾🐶🐾 Thank you also to all of our regular clients who have continued to trust in us to look after your precious darlings and thank you to all our new clients also! 🙏🐶🙏 ... We had many lovely dogs come and stay with us in 2024 ... so far this year we are fully booked for January & March. June/July are looking almost full also, so just a reminder to organize your bookings well in advance! We only limit to 3 dogs staying at any one time, depending on size, breed, compatibility also, and occasionally we will squeeze an extra one in, if it looks like it will work. 🐶💕🐶 ...

Last year we managed to put up some dog proof fencing in one of our paddocks, which now allows for extra running/play space for the larger and more energetic pups.🐶🙏🐶 ... We also have plans to commit to a 1 day a week Day Care specifically for dogs needing some playtime & socializing in a safe and supervised environment. This will be weather permitting and will still take some careful planning, as we come up with ideas of building some fun obstacles. 🙏🐶🙏 ...

It"s hard to believe we are already half way through December and we haven't posted for a while, but we sure have been busy looking after lots of beautiful pooches, 4 new ones and a few regulars and it was the month for Frenchies ... 5 in total! ❣🐶❣🐶❣🐶❣🐶❣🐶 ... Dear little souls they are!! 😍 ... We are excited to be spending this Christmas with a lovely bunch of fur babies, followed by another full house over the New Year period and January is filling up fast too, so please don't leave booking to the last minute! 🤗🙏🐶 ...

October sure was busy here at !! 🙏🐶🙏 ... We had the most lovely bunch of pooches come and stay, including regulars Maisie, Jarrah, Koda & Lily. 🐶💕🐶💕🐶💕🐶💕 ... Hank, the gorgeous Italian Greyhound came for his 2nd visit 💕🐶💕, as did Chloe, the Staffy X 💕🐶💕 and young Gemma, the King Charles Cavalier! 💕🐶💕 ... We also welcomed for the first time 2 lovely Labrador boys from the same family, Dash & Metro. 🐶💕🐶 ... Christmas is now officially booked out from the 22nd to the 27th Dec, but we have started a waiting list, so let us know soon if you would like to be added to that, in case we do have a cancellation.🤗 ... NY's has also filled up fast, and a waiting list is in place for that time period also. 🙏🤗 ... We would like to also remind everyone, that we now only take in strictly up to 4 dogs at a time, and will not be taking undesexed males, destructive or aggressive dogs or ones that are likely to jump out, as it has to stay manageable & enjoyable!! Thanks for your understanding! 🤗🐶💕 ...

October has arrived and not sure where August & September went 🤷‍♀️, but we had visits from lots of lovely dogs and even spent 5 days in total bliss at a QLD Health Retreat to recharge the batteries! 🙏🌞🌴... Pretty much straight back into it the next day with the arrival of a new guest, Poppy the Jack Russell, who was an absolute delight and so well behaved for a 5 month old puppy! 💕🐶💕 ... We also welcomed for the first time gorgeous Kaslo the Spoodle! 💕🐶💕... Other regular Retreat guests who had so much fun again were Shiloh, Maisie, Lily, Jarrah, Stella & Milo! 💕🐶💕🐶💕🐶💕🐶💕🐶💕🐶 ... no rest for the wicked, as October and November are looking absolutely crazy, but we still have some vacancies for the Christmas Holidays, so be quick to book to avoid disappointment and we look forward to seeing ALL the beautiful puppy faces! 🙏🐶💕 ...

We had a crazy busy July here at 8Pawz and its defintely becoming our busiest month of the year! 🐶💕🐶 ... We apologize again to those who missed out on a spot! 🐶 ... Regular Retreat guests Maya & Poppy came for a lengthy stay, and we welcomed for the first time 12 y.o. Poodle Ruby and her sister Darcy, the 1 y.o. Poodle x Bichon 🐩💕🐩 ... Other regulars Maisie, Lily, Willow, Ivy and Koda also visited us again and overall the balance was beautiful and everyone behaved very well and had a lovely time! 🐶💕🐶 ... We love seeing our guests happy and for their owners to be at peace, knowing their fur babies are in a comfy home environment and treated like a part of the family. 🙏🐶🙏 ...

It's hard to believe we are half way through June already and we''ve been looking after some very beautiful dogs! 🐶💕🐶💕🐶💕 ... We welcomed for the first time to 8Pawz the gorgeous and cheeky 2 y.o. Cocker Spaniel, Louie, who managed to steal just about all of our shoes during his 2 week stay! Lol 🥾🐶👢👟 ... Regulars Milo and Pirate are back for another holiday and they are always a pleasure to have ... such happy and lovable boys! 🐶💕🐶 ... The 2nd half of June and the first 3 weeks of July are now at full capacity and we apologize to anyone who has tried to book in and are currently on our waiting list. It really does pay to book in well in advance as we are finding July to be one of our busiest months of the year! 🙏🐶🤗 ...

What a busy few weeks we've had at 8Pawz! ... Last week we welcomed 2 new faces ... 5 month old Cavalier Jemma came for a few days of Day Care. 💕🐶💕 Starting of very nervous and timid on day 1, she soon warmed into being around doggies of all shapes and sizes, and by day 5, she was running through the gate to greet everyone and today she graduated into a very confident little teenager! 😍💕🐶 ... Bella the beautiful Golden Retriever, stayed for 8 nights and what a well behaved girl she was! 💕🐶💕 ... Maisie the French Bulldog also came for Day Care and happy to spend time with her bestie Tilly! 🐶💕🐶 ... and after a 31 night stay, our dear girl Willow the Boxer, went home to her family and she sure was happy to see them again! 💕🐶💕 ...

We welcome two new faces in Bear, a 3 y.o. Labradoodle and Shiloh, a 7 y.o. whippet, who has now been with us for 3 weeks and she's just a darling girl! 🐶💕🐶 ... Willow the Boxer is also having another lengthy stay with us and she sure is becoming a part of the furniture ... dear girl! 😍... It's always a nice feeling when they really start to feel like it's their home away from home! 🙏🐶🙏...

Welcome to 8Pawz dear Teddy!! 😍🐶💕... An unexpected guest and we were supposed to be taking a short holiday break in March, but that really hasn't happened! ... Teddy is a 6 month old Cavoodle puppy. Just the most adorable little guy and has mastered toilet training in the short week he's been here ... we were prepared for a challenge but he's turning out to be a very clever boy and watching carefully what Sunny & Tilly do! 😂🙏 ... His Mum & Dad have had to go to England for a few weeks at short notice ... we wish them all the best and we certainly are loving having Teddy here! 🙏🤗💕 ...
