We have this crisfloat in for a service and this is exactly why you should get them serviced regularly the suspension hangers and rocker and bolts were near complete failure it will get full suspension kit and hanger replaced

We had this older horseman in for some work we replaced all the old Alluminium with some shiny new propeller plate, installed corbro flooring, installed rubber on wall that was just steel and gave it a full service and our friends at strathalbyn tyre service put a full set of kumho tyres on its now ready to go to work in the racehorse industry

We have been working on this older pegasus it came in for a new floor and tailgate timber with all new rubber we found some serious rust in the frame at the back we cut it all out and welded in all new steel hit everything with rust converter and primer before we installed new floor and tailgate and also a new wall on tack box up front as it had to be cut out to access floor and to tick all the safety boxes we gave it a full service now it's ready to go back to its owner safe and sound 😀

Another good reason to keep your Float serviced this crisfloat came in for a service we discovered it had a broken spring good thing we stock all these parts we also sorted out some wiring issues put a round plug on to eliminate the adapter and put a couple of new led clearance lights on changed a few globes put a couple of new lift up vents on now it's back to its owner safe and sound 😀

We have another well used racehorse float in for suspension parts we noticed there was a lot movement in the centre rockers and spring bushings this is what we found when we pulled it apart and this is exactly why you should get your Float serviced

We have this big 4hal horseman that one of our customers has brought over from Victoria for us to work on it needed and full suspension overhaul we replaced all bolts, bushings, rollers and centre rockers also all electric brake magnets and all new bearings. We also replaced tailgate tin, timber and rubber and put in a support rail to hang their trotting sulky on tailgate. We also replaced a couple of door locks and we will reseal all the rubber inside and replace all rivets on outside as they had started to loosen none of this is due to not being looked after this float does alot of miles all over Victoria it will be rolling down the road like new when we finish with it 😀 these are some of the parts we pulled out of the suspension

We had this gooseneck come in for a new floor and tailgate timber and rear wall the floor was pretty rotten we installed some Australian made f27 armour ply best you can get we also installed a one piece rubber floor mat then we also added rubber to both walls to protect the timber and also a bit on tack box to protect it as well we did the same with the loading ramp and we took our rubber right to the edge as it should have been we also did a little rust clean up in a couple of spots now it's better than new 😀

We have another Chinese import in for some work owner noticed the tailgate felt soft here's what we found! We will clean up the tin and replace timber with some quality Australian made hardwood ply and put some new rubber on it will be better than new when we finish 😀
