And, that's a wrap on our annual family Christmas gathering. I really appreciate the efforts to 'make it happen'. When everyone else (hopefully) is celebrating Christmas, we're working one of our busiest periods.

To all our lovely clients - past and present, I thank you for your support, trust and continued custom. It's hard to believe that our small-scale business is now in its 10th Year and has gained such a strong position of respect within both the community and the industry.
Whilst not all wishes can be granted, we have assisted hundreds of locals and tourists again this year. I have provided extensive palliative care, both long and short-term care, lifestyle assistance, on farm/at home visits and respite for many wonderful, challenging and unique clients (the fur/feathered and fin varieties!) and all their equally unique owners.

I look forward to our continued growth in the animal care industry and will be happy to introduce you our latest innovations and improvements.
Merry Christmas to you all, your loved ones, friends and families. Wishing you good health and happiness throughout 2025. I look forward to working with you. Karen

Yes, it's been a challenging afternoon, thanks to Mother Nature, however rest assured everyone has been visited, fed & cared for this afternoon.

All are where they should be & secure, so thank you for ensuring secure Yards & lodgings in your absence & there's definitely no chance of escape amongst any of our boarders either!

Due to the impending nature of severe storms, it was necessary to shorten 2 of our Housecalls this afternoon, & stick to just the basics so everyone could be seen & secured. Extra time will be scheduled tomorrow, Christmas Day & Boxing Day to compensate for those brief calls.

As many of you know, this year we lost one of our biggest supporters (& certainly our cheapest labourer!) with the passing of dad & grandad Jim on 1 September.
I'm proud to say that there's very little of our facilities that haven't been constructed or improved by him. Many of our clients were greeted/introduced to Jim as he loved to say Hello & exchange handshakes.

RIP dad & grandad.
And thank you for believing in us, showing your support, offering advice, teaching us new skills & being a monumental help 💕
