This is the calamari stall locals line up for because they only do one thing... and they do it properly.

Fresh calamari bought, prepared and cooked the same day. No frozen packets. No giant menu. No trying to be everything.

Just tender, crispy, properly seasoned calamari that somehow tastes better than most restaurants because this is all they do.

You can hear it in the way Carlos talks about it. He cares. And once you try it, you get why people keep coming back for more.
