Firstly we would like to wish our customers are very happy new year & we hope 2025 is a great year for you all.

Now on to business. We are so grateful to our customers that have shown patience & gratitude for the products we make.
Moving forward Steve will not be doing any work outside of our normal scope of products. Just our own created products keeps him busy. Our business is a small home based business that is a second job for Steve. These products have been designed with our own dogs in mind & from that we have created this hobby business. We are not a massive manufacturing company. Everything is made in Steve’s workshop by Steve.
After recently being treated by a customer whom has a significantly large business so poorly over a price increase we will no longer take orders without a deposit. We also will not take deposits until your order is ready to begin.
Now sadly we have had to make some price changes due to the increase of pricing in materials. For years we have worn those costs to keep our prices down. But this has made a significant loss for us where we have not even covered our expenditure. We cannot continue to run at a loss. We have made sure that we have kept prices competitive in the market for similar products. We also cannot give you a turn around of 2 days or even 7 days. Steve builds everything to order & as mentioned this is not his only work. Steve however stands by his work & will make sure the products that go out to you are to the highest standard.
Thank goodness we are lucky to have the best customers that have always supported our small hobby business & have always understood that each product takes time to make & more than anything for your PATIENCE!

To our amazing customers. We sadly have to increase our prices due to the increase of materials. As a small home based business we have covered those rises ourselves for years. Unfortunately this is just no longer viable for us. We will upload a new bed & show trolley price list asap. As always our furniture crates will be priced as per your requirements. These increases will take effect from the 1st of February. Any orders placed prior to this date with a deposit paid will be honoured at the previous price. As always we will always do our best to match or beat our competitors ☺️

Good morning all, just some feedback on all of your orders. I have had a hold up on material on all orders as my orders couldn’t be filled before the Xmas break. Good news it will be available next week. Additionally I had a bit of an accident and cut open my hand so that has slowed me down a fair bit only having the 1 hand. To our amazing customers. Steve has been trying to push out orders as fast as he can. We haven’t posted an update lately because things have been busy. Steve also works away & is currently in a new job so is hardly home. He is away for the rest of October. Most of November & half of December too. Please understand this is our passion to create these products for you. Steve loves what he does for you all but this is not his only job. He has taken on a few jobs outside of his usual scope of work in our business but that will no longer happen due to the orders of our LNL ballistic beds & furniture crates & all things for dog shows not being fulfilled as quickly as we like. Thank you for your patience & understanding 🥰
