I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT ABUSING MYSELF OR MY STAFF WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!

It’s came to my attention recently that on a few occasions people seem to think it’s ok to abuse me and the girls about waiting for your dog to be finished. I want to make you all aware that every interaction in our reception is on camera. If you are rude or abuse myself or one of my staff members you will be asked to immediately leave and be banned from our shop.
It is up to YOU to book your dog in on a day where you are flexible with time as dogs are generally in our salon for at least 2.5 to 3 hours. Sometimes quicker sometimes longer it really just depends on the day!

We are not a chop shop or a dash in dash out! We provide quality grooming and care for each dog that walks through our front door this means grooms can take time! We are only human sometimes we run behind or we have a dog before yours that has taken extra time to complete whether that be from behavioural issues or matted coat that can put us behind all day. I understand a lot of my original clients were use to me being a 1 woman show where I would do dogs one on one by the hour but since expanding this isn’t the case anymore and should not be expected.

Just because last time your dog was in the salon for 1.5 hrs doesn’t mean that it’s going to be the same time every groom.

We work with animals and sharp objects if this is rushed there’s a risk in cutting your dog.
We strive for quality so if that’s what you are after by all means please book with us but if you are after a fast rushed groom please find another groomer as we are not the one for you!
