Murphy or Hairy Maclary?🤭🐾

We can't decide.. is this Murphy, or has hairy Maclary strolled straight out of the storybook and into our clinic?

Either way this scruffy cutie has well and truly stolen our hearts!💙

🐣🌸 Happy Easter from all of us at the Heights Vets! 🌸🐣

We’d like to wish all of our wonderful clients and their furry family members a safe and happy Easter 🐇

Please note that our clinic will be closed over the Easter break. If you have an emergency during this time, please contact AREC on 4957 7106.

A little reminder: the Easter Bunny didn’t deliver those chocolates for your pets… no matter how convincing those puppy-dog eyes are! 🍫👀 Keep all choccies safely out of reach — they’re a big no-no for our furry friends.

❤ Happy Valentine's Day ❤

A little reminder that while chocolates are a sweet gift for the special people in your life, they're not so sweet for your furry loved ones 🍫

Chocolate can be toxic to dogs and cats, even in small amounts. So please keep those valentine's goodies safely out of paw's reach! 🐾

If you're worried your pet may have eaten chocolate, please contact your vet clinic straight away.

Marshall the Aussie Shepherd wishes you a Happy Valentine’s Day! ❤️🐾

Miss Lucy visited us last week as her owners noticed she wasn’t her usual happy self. Upon doing a health exam and some imaging we discovered Lucy had bladder stones. We performed a cystotomy to remove the painful stones and Lucy is now on the mend and is much happier already! 💛🐾

Signs of bladder stones can include frequent urination, blood in the urine (haematuria), frequent attempts to urinate, straining (dysuria), and accidents in the house. If your pet starts displaying any of these symptoms, give our friendly staff a call to book them in for a check up👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️
