Real talk: Being consistent on Instagram is exhausting.
Some days youโre full of ideas, creativity is flowing, and the engagement feels worth it. Other days? Youโre staring at your screen wondering why you even started.
If youโve ever felt like:
โข Youโre falling behind because you havenโt posted in days (or in our caseโฆweeks)
โข Youโve lost your spark and canโt find the energy to film, write, or even care (guilty)
โข Youโre constantly thinking โIs this even working?โ or โDoes anyone even notice?โ
Youโre not aloneโฆ
Burnout doesnโt just hit hardโฆit creeps in silently. The pressure to perform, to stay relevant, to ride the algorithmโฆ it can suck the fun right out of something you used to love.
But hereโs what Iโm reminding myself lately:
โจ Your worth isnโt measured by your post frequency.
โจ Creativity ebbs and flows - and thatโs normal.
โจ Sometimes the most inspiring thing you can doโฆ is take a break.
Iโm learning to give myself grace in the quiet seasons. To post when it feels right. To rest without guilt. And to remember that the passion always finds its way backโeven if it takes a little longer.
โHave you felt this way lately? How do YOU push through those unmotivated phases? Letโs talk about it in the comments.
