I have never done a go fund me for my animals as I’m normally very practical but this time it’s different.
My horse Missile Launch has had a significant paddock injury to his stifle and his future is uncertain. The vets have offered a glimmer of hope but more extensive investigation is needed and it’s likely that he will need surgery. The vet expenses are only a small part of what he will need to het through this, his recovery is likely to be extensive. Missile Launch (Eddy) has been amazing not only to me but also the racing Community. Eddy won over $500,000 as a racehorse including a Kalgoorlie cup and even a close 2nd in a Perth cup. He means alot to alot of people and I want to do everything I can to make sure he has a long and happy life as he deserves. A few days ago I was ready to say goodbye but then a window of hope came and I just want to go as far as I can but I need help this will not be easy this will be expensive and at some point it still might not be enough but who am I if I don’t try? Eddy survived an 80% pulmonary bleed in his last race and that alone shows how incredible he is how tough and resilient he is. If Eddy does not make it and there are any funds left from what is raised they will be donated to the clinic where he is going to help other horses just like him.
Anything will help so I appreciate whatever anyone can offer thank you all.
