We have celebrated a few birthdays over the last few months! And with lots of new things going on around the place it’s time for a little montage of all the dogs who have celebrated a birthday thus far!

We want to say a big Happy Birthday to all of our wonderful daycare pups! 🎉🐾

We celebrate the wagging tails, happy zoomies, muddy paws, goofy smiles, and endless love that each and every one of you bring into our daycare family. Watching you grow, play, make friends, and show your unique personalities has been such a joy!

Max (Golden Retriever)
Max is a little dog in a big dog body! He loves hanging with little dog especially all of our dachshunds, most of the time using it as an excuse to run away from the boss, but we all know she is his fav..😉

Shadow (German Shepherd)
Shadow is a big gentle giant who loves meeting other Shepherd friends just like him. He is down to hang out with any dog big or small but his heart truely desires the boss lady! 😍

Dennis (Whippet)
Dennis is extremely cuddly and loves a good snuggle but don’t be fooled by that cute face!! He love to hoon with his mates and is the speed demon in our big running games. 😵‍💫

Bree (Yellow Labrador)
Bree is the queen of ‘Woo Woo’s’, she loves to chit-chat and have lots of play time with her besties Elsie and Winnie golden. Bree also loves to fairy godmother our younger puppy’s who come into daycare for a play.🥹

Merlot (Jack Russell)
Merlot is crazy and cute, he loves to run around with his Jack Russell friend Alfie and also his other side kick Tonto who is also just as crazy as the both of them. 🫠

Russell (Chocolate Labrador)
Russell is an occasional visitor that gets the party started! When Russell’s in town you can expect lots of adventures, including annoying his cousin Jimmy. 😂

From morning tail wags at drop-off to sleepy cuddles at pick-up time, you fill our hearts with happiness more than you’ll ever know! You remind us daily how special dogs truly are. Loyal, loving, funny, and full of pure joy.
To our birthday pups: it was all about YOU! We know your day was filled with extra treats, belly rubs, favourite toys, yummy snacks, endless games of chase and all the love your furry hearts can handle.

From all of us here at Balanced Paws… we just wanted to say something from the heart on behalf of your dogs.

We know how hard it can be to leave us for the day. That little pause at the gate, the extra cuddle, the “be good” whisper—we feel all of it.

And we want you to know… we’re okay. More than okay.

We spend our days feeling safe, loved, and understood.
We play, we rest, we build confidence, and we find our place alongside our furry friends.
But most importantly, we are cared for in a way that honours how much we mean to you.
Your love doesn’t leave when you do—it stays with us in every gentle touch, every kind word, every moment we’re looked after like family.

And when you come back? That’s our favourite part. Every single time.
