My wife and I don't typically leave reviews but want to for Loretta. From the start we found Loretta knowledgeable, supportive and transparent. We couldn’t wait for the next set of photo's as our pup neared 8 weeks. We love our pup, Ivy. She's happy and healthy, very affectionate and has had good training. She's not easily startled and toilet trained, slipped right in to a young family routine. Ivy is not our first dog and it's evident the time and effort that Loretta has put in to the pups to give them the best chance at settling in to their new forever homes. Everything Loretta says is done, pups micro-chipped, first vaccinations and all paperwork ready when picking pup up. Pup comes with bag of useful things too. Very professional, we're very impressed. Beautiful loved new addition to our family. Highly rated... 5 out 5 paws.
