Our recent Mystery Animal was the incredible 𝐓𝐚𝐰𝐧𝐲 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡!

Here are some amazing facts about the Tawny Frogmouth:

🦉 Not an Owl! Their large eyes and nocturnal habits might fool you, but Tawny Frogmouths don't have the strong talons of an owl and hunt differently.

🌳 Camouflage Masters: Their cryptic plumage allows them to blend in perfectly with tree bark, making them almost impossible to spot during the day.

🐸 Mouth Like a Frog: Their incredibly wide, 'frog-like' mouth is perfect for snatching up insects, slugs, and snails in one swift gulp!

😴 "Branch Posture": When threatened, they freeze, point their head and beak upwards, and squint their eyes to mimic a broken tree branch – it's an incredible defence mechanism!

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming this adorable litter of Cavoodle puppies for their very first vet check-up and vaccinations today! 💉🐶 They were all so brave! Look at them all snuggled up after being such good patients!

🏡❤️ These initial vet visits are so important for ensuring your puppy gets the best start in life, protecting them from common diseases and making sure they're growing strong and healthy.

🦜 WANTED: Personal Assistant for Very Important Bird 🏡

This chatty cockatiel is looking for a new home — preferably one with an open heart and closed windows. 😅

Full of sass, songs, and side-eye, this little featherball is active, vocal, and just the right amount of dramatic. Sure, it's a bit shy to start, but give it some time and it'll be dancing around the aviary in no time (or at least narrating it loudly).

✅ Great at chirping
✅ Loves a good chat
✅ Not great at personal space
✅ Will judge your dance moves — but only a little
