Wildlife Rehabilitation Loving all Animals great and small

Wildlife Rehabilitation Loving all Animals great and small Rescuing, Rehabilitating, Releasing and Loving all Animals (all creatures great and small) My husband and I absolutely are passionate about helping wildlife.

Im a Vet nurse at ARH Baulkham hills, NSW and we are wildlife carers through Sydney wildlife SMWS. We get warm and fuzzy feelings when an animal is released back to where they came from, back to freedom. All the animals that come into our care are fed, housed, and cared for solely by us.

Release of "Marcela" the Blue tongue lizard.

Marcela the Blue tongue lizard.
She came into care end of October 2021 because she was attacked by a dog. Her eyes were completely closed. She had scabs over her eyes and puncture wounds on her chin and right front limb.
She was on antibiotics and antibiotic eye ointment daily. Her eyes had completely opened and had fully healed. Shes looks so good and we are so proud of her. She was the easiest bluey to medicate and care for. We loved her very much. Yesterday 07.12.21 we were able to release her back to a reserve right next to where she was found at Westmead.
So happy that she now has a new beginning . 💓
We will never forget you Marcela. 🥰
