At Lincoln Institute of Veterinary Business, we’re passionate about connecting visionary practices with partners who can help bring their ideas to life. That’s why we were proud to introduce Companion Animal Hospital to the talented team at Cyclo Group - and together, they’ve achieved something truly remarkable.
The newly completed Companion Animal Hospital is a bespoke, two-storey veterinary facility designed to deliver high-functioning clinical spaces while maintaining a calm, client-friendly atmosphere. Constructed with pre-cast concrete panels on a reinforced concrete slab, it offers durability, thermal efficiency, and acoustic separation - ideal for a high-traffic animal healthcare environment.
Natural light is a standout feature, with expansive glazing framing views of the Illawarra Escarpment. Careful design ensures animal separation throughout, with discrete dog and cat waiting areas, consult rooms, isolation wards, and treatment zones to reduce stress and cross-contamination risks.
Operational efficiency and client flow were central to the layout, featuring dual entry points, dedicated lift access, and clearly zoned public and clinical areas. There’s even a spacious outdoor dog yard that doubles as a chill-out or consult area for anxious dogs, plus purpose-built cat boarding facilities.
Companion Animal Hospital reflects the best in contemporary veterinary facility design, balancing clinical performance, staff workflow, and animal welfare in a resilient, future-ready structure.
We’re thrilled to see the amazing things happening through our partnership with Cyclo - and we can’t wait to see what’s next.
