Another year, another finalist nomination in the Local Business Awards ✨

Little Tilly came into the salon on Friday for a transformational groom ✂️🐾

This sweet girl was very overdue and had intense matting close to the skin, so a full reset groom was the kindest and safest option for her comfort. She was such a good girl throughout the whole process and left feeling so much happier and lighter 💕

I’m really proud of this transformation.

Please excuse the photo quality — I had to increase the brightness due to my phone camera being cracked, but hopefully I’ll have a new phone soon 🤍

Good morning everyone,

I just wanted to share a small update with you all. Due to a previous car accident and the ongoing impact on my body, I’ve made the decision to no longer offer full groom services for large dogs, as the longer clipper work and handling has become quite physically demanding.

Please note this does not affect small and medium dogs — I will continue to offer full grooming services for them as normal, along with bathing, deshedding, and tidy services.
For large dogs, I will still be offering bathing, deshed, and tidy services only.

You may also notice I’ve started using my own online booking system through Square. I’ll be trialling this over the coming weeks as I’ve had a high number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations. This will help me manage appointments more smoothly for everyone.

I completely understand that life happens (especially as a mum myself 💕), however I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will incur a $45 fee, as this is my sole income and supports my family.

Freshen up for little Leo 🐾💙

For those who didn’t know, we recently lost our beloved toy poodle far too soon at just 9 years old. Two weeks ago, he passed from chronic kidney disease and severe diabetes, and our hearts are still healing.

This is just a gentle reminder to fellow dog parents — please make sure your fur babies have regular blood tests every couple of years to keep on top of their health. We always kept up with vet visits, but unfortunately a blood test wasn’t done until it was too late.

One of the things I’m most grateful for in my job is the comfort I find in my clients’ beautiful pets. This is little Leo — he looks just like our Romeo 🥹💙

Our son has been finding comfort in Leo, as he reminds him so much of his soul mate.

Good morning to all my lovely clientele 💕

I apologise for being a little quiet recently. Due to the rising cost of living, I took on an additional full-time role to help support my family. Unfortunately, despite my hard work and positive feedback, I was let go after needing a couple of days off on medical advice while caring for my children.

This experience has only reinforced what matters most to me—my family and doing what I truly love.

I also want to say a heartfelt thank you to my existing clients who continued to support me during this time. Your loyalty, kindness, and guidance truly meant so much to us—you are all like family to me 💖

Moving forward, if I do take on any additional work, it will only ever be part-time or casual and only if i can balance it alongside my business and my commitments to my children as these are my priorities.

With that said, I’m excited to announce that I will now be returning to grooming full-time 🐾✂️

My books are officially open again, and I’m ready to welcome both new and existing clients. I can’t wait to see you all and your beautiful pets again!

This may not be your “show grade groom” but this is a post to say how far Lola has come. Lola came to me mortified of her feet and nails and body being touched by a clipper. Despite still needing some hand sc******ng I was able to cut her nails shave the pads with ease today and shave down most of her body today with the clippers! You have come so far Lola! 💕
