It’s been a wild ride but now it’s time to hang up the boots and concentrate on different priorities in life.

🧻 New Toilet Location: Restrooms are now located at the Pavilion. Please follow the signs. Both male/female and accessible toilets are available in this area.

🧺 Seating and Comfort: While we provide tables and chairs, feel free to bring a rug and your own chairs to make the most of the open oval space and enjoy your time here.

🧴 Amenities: Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and dog drinking bowls can be found at the information desk, located next to the bakery and egg stalls. Lost property and The Local Farmers Market Bags are also available at the information desk.

Hey gorgeous people, all good things must come to an end.

It is with mixed emotions that I share this news today. A decision has been made to close our bricks and mortar bookshop on the foreshore in Rockingham.

While this may not be the happiest announcement, we want to express our gratitude for the incredible support and love you have showered upon us and the shop over the last two years.

Though the physical doors of My Little Bookshop may be closing, the travelling bookshop and online store will carry on.

It’s been a wild crazy ride these past two years of having a physical store. The economy, rising costs behind the scenes and most importantly my health has taken its toll.

My health in recent months has taught us all that life is for living and I need to start living it again. I am so thankful to my family and our beautiful staff for their wonderful support, but I need some space to rest, reflect and grab life again.

Our doors will be closing on Saturday the 30th March, so over the next few weeks we will be selling stock at discounted prices. Grab yourself a bargain.

If you have a gift voucher now is the time to redeem and get more bang for your buck.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who made our bookshop a vibrant and welcoming space. Your support has meant the world to us.

In the coming weeks, we will be hosting a farewell event to celebrate the connections made. Details will be shared soon, and we invite you to join us in commemorating the special moments we've shared.
