If you receive a text message from Ryan about trimming or shoeing your horse, and you no longer need a farrier - a simple reply of “No thanks” or “I don’t need a farrier anymore” would be greatly appreciated. Even just a quick response of any kind helps us keep the books up to date, avoid unnecessary follow-ups and allows other clients to book in.
Common curtesy doesn’t go astray!

Also, please double-check that the contact number you’ve provided is correct. Around 50% of people who book in give us an incorrect number and then wonder why they haven’t received a message.
