Capricorn Animal Aid Organisation (CAA) is an organisation meeting the needs of abandoned & unwanted dogs & cats in the Rockhampton, Central QLD area for over 20 years CAA does not have a shelter or shop you can visit. All animals are 'fostered' by generous and caring volunteers who provide a home and lots of love to the animals in their care until they find new human companions to share their liv

This handsome boy is confident, affectionate, and always ready to make new friends. He’s great with other dogs and would thrive in a home where he has a playful canine companion.

STICKLY has a loving temperament and is eager to please, making him a wonderful addition to any family.

STICKLY is so well behaved in the car. He loves going for a drive.

Assisted rehoming is an opportunity for CAA to assist owners needing to rehome their pet in the absence of an available foster home.

Please be aware that as this is an assisted rehoming and the dog is not currently in the care of CAA. Owners may rehome their pet privately whilst CAA advertises so we cannot guarantee availability.

Upon successful adoption through CAA, we will ensure the dog is:
💙 Vaccinated
💛 Flea/worming treatment
💙 Microchipped
💛 Heartworm Tested
💙 Desexed

CAA cannot accept financial responsibility for any health issues that may arise once adopted.

The adoption fee for STICKLY is $350 and includes desexing, microchipping, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments. Current pets should be desexed and vaccinated.

✨It’s about that time where we start thinking about Christmas presents! 🎁

We are not saying we should keep pets off the list. The key thing to avoid is a ‘SURPRISE’ pet as a gift.
Adding a pet to a household is a joyous time and fills our hearts but there’s also a lot of work to do, a lot of money to be spent and a lot of sacrifices to be made especially if it’s a young animal.

AVIE is a gorgeous girl with the most sweetest placid nature. She is very affectionate and always loves to rub up against you to let you know she is there beside you. AVIE definitely loves her pats but sometimes enjoys the cuddles on her terms. She loves to just chill and watch what is going on around her to see what will pounce at her next. AVIE is from a multicat cat household but loves to have her own space. AVIE is litter trained and waiting patiently to find her forever home.
