Capricorn Animal Aid

CAA provides care and attention (including veterinary care, shelter and food) to unwanted, stray, neglected and abused animals.

Capricorn Animal Aid Organisation (CAA) is an organisation meeting the needs of abandoned & unwanted dogs & cats in the Rockhampton, Central QLD area for over 20 years CAA does not have a shelter or shop you can visit. All animals are 'fostered' by generous and caring volunteers who provide a home and lots of love to the animals in their care until they find new human companions to share their lives with. Potential adopters and their adoptive environments are assessed to ensure the animal will live out its life as a well cared for and loved member of the household.

🐾 DISCLAIMER 🐾

At CAA we provide required vet work for our Cats & Kittens including the first 3 monthly vaccinations, desexing and microchipping at 3rd vaccination. This work needs to be done at our preferred vets in Rockhampton or Yeppoon, therefore we are only able to adopt our kittens to persons living in the local area or who visit the area regularly enough to commit to these appointments. If our cats have been desexed and all vet work completed we will consider adopting outside our region.

🐱 BOBBY 🐱
Male - 9 weeks old 4.11.26
Adoption fee $250

Hi there, my name is BOBBY — isn't that just the cutest name? I'm a little shier than my brother and sister, but I'm slowly coming out of my shell and opening up more every day. There's nothing I love more than being cuddled up close to your chest, and sometimes I get so cozy that I even drift off to sleep. I'm litter trained too, so I'm already learning big-kid skills! I'm really looking forward to meeting my future forever family — I just know we're going to be the best of friends.

Adoption fee $150

Hello my name is COCO, I a beautiful fluffy long haired kitty. I have the sweetest placid nature. I am very affectionate towards my human fosters and other people around me. I love my pats and cuddles all the time. I will also rub up against your legs to let you know that I am here beside you. I will follow you around like your shadow to keep you company and to see where you are going. I will curl up on the bed beside you and fall asleep on the bed with you. I do also love to play with my toys and chase them around my foster home with my other cat friends that live with me as well. I’m not socialised with dogs. I will need extra attention when it comes to grooming to keep my beautiful coats under control. I’m from a multicat household and I don’t mind being around other cats. I am litter trained and ready to find my forever home.
