Doongara Working dogs was set up after the need for a Sheepdog training facility where handlers and dogs can be armed with the necessary tools to continually progress and take the next step. We have 30 Acr
es for utilisation from Round Yards for Beginners to Large open paddocks for experienced dog and handlers with full Yard Course, 3 Sheep Trial Course and large 20 Acre Paddock for field cast training (400m). Training working dogs and trailing has also given us contacts both locally and internationally whom we hope to have running specialised workshops at our centre and offered exclusively first to our regular customers. It’s all about you and what you want to achieve with your dog regardless if it’s a little bit of fun in the round yard with your pet dog or using our facility to tune up your trial or farm dog, we want to help you achieve your goals.
