Hi Everyone,

In the past few months, we have been attacked by unleashed dogs on two occassions. The first one involved two staffy's right on our street and the second when a pitbull charged right at us. Although we weren't harmed, it's left us a bit shaken, and I realised we had no idea what to do if we were attacked.

I found some tips that you can adopt on the Animal Welfare Victoria website in case you ever find yourselves in a similar predicament. But we are also being very careful about the routes we take whenever we are out on our walks, and we've taken to carrying treats and a cane, to keep ourselves safe especially when we are pet sitting. If you have any tricks on how you keep safe, please let me know and have a great weekend!!!

Hi everyone, this is a bit of a cheeky post. Not pet sitting related. I've collaborated with a good friend of mine to bring you some lovely earrings. Please do check them out even if it's just to have a look or share!!

As a bit of a background, the artist is a kanzashi (japanese art of folding fabric) and macrame artist. The earrings are light and comfortable and the colours will not fade with care.
