Cornelius began life on the streets and is still learning that humans can be kind. He’s cautious and shy at first, but show him a treat and you’ll see his soft side emerge — complete with happy purrs and even the occasional pat. He’s made huge strides in foster care and continues to grow braver each day.

Expect to be followed and observed around the house, and at night he will sleep at your feet.

Cornelius is looking for a patient, stable home where he can settle in at his own pace.
