Hi guys � my hubby Kane and myself are the new lessee’s for the Rathdowney hotel! It’s all very exciting for us, having lots of locals throwing ideas at us but our biggest hurdle to begin with is finding a new chef/cook as the ladies in the kitchen want to retire. So an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team in the rathy kitchen is open! Someone enthusiastic and passionate about cooking, someone who can cook and run a kitchen alone or in a team.
